Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA program.
• Current NCCPA certification (PA-C).
• Active or eligible Arizona PA license.
• DEA certification or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan.
• Perform physical examinations and obtain medical histories.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and manage therapies.
• Provide preventive care and health education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Maintain EMR documentation.
• Participate in clinical decision-making and triage.
