Qualifications

• Active PA board certification.
• Active PA license.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain one prior to working with us.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support or ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients toward recovery in a compassionate team-based model.
• Cross-train and assist as needed to support clinic operations.
• Provide patient-centered care for substance use disorders and general medical needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation and evidence-based treatment plans.
