Job summary

Centurion Health in Jasper, FL is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Hamilton Correctional Institution Annex team. You will work under a physician in a correctional setting, providing urgent care and patient management from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Required: active, unrestricted FL ARNP or PA license and BLS; DEA license or ability to obtain.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• Active, unrestricted FL ARNP or PA license is required.
• DEA license or ability to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in the delivery of health care and patient care management.
• Perform assessments and diagnose patients.
• Manage medications as part of patient care.

We are currently seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at the Hamilton Correctional Institution Annex located in, Jasper, Florida.

The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.

Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
