Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Columbia Correctional Institution, in Lake City, Florida. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm and involves working under a physician in a correctional environment to deliver comprehensive health care and patient management.

Qualified candidates will hold an active, unrestricted FL ARNP or PA license, BLS certification, and a DEA license or be able to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted FL ARNP or PA license.
• BLS certification required.
• DEA license or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients in a correctional setting.
• Manage medications and care plans for inmates.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and physician supervisor.
• Provide patient care management and health assessments.
