Heart and Vascular Centers of America is a multidisciplinary cardiovascular practice seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our cardiovascular care team. The NP will evaluate patients, perform physical exams, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing cardiovascular care in collaboration with physicians.

This role is based in Chico, CA with travel to our Northern locations including Yuba and Sacramento.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and perform physical exams as part of cardiovascular care.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Order and review diagnostic tests to guide patient management.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and provide ongoing cardiovascular care.
