Job summary

Heart and Vascular Centers of America is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our cardiovascular care team in Chico, CA. You will evaluate patients, perform exams, develop treatment plans, order and review tests, and prescribe medications in collaboration with physicians.

Travel to our Northern Locations (Chico, Yuba, Sacramento) is required. The position offers a 4-day work week and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, plus PTO.
