Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a skilled machine operator for its Warrendale, PA facility to set up, operate, and maintain shop equipment. The role focuses on producing high-quality metal parts in a regulated environment, including post-processing work as needed.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and conduct quality checks while adhering to safety standards. A HS diploma, reading blueprints, and strong teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Set-up, operate, and maintain equipment for use in a machine shop production environment. They are responsible for ensuring the machinery produces high quality metal parts, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained. This position is intended for a machine shop and/or a post-processing (chemical treatment and painting) environment.

Responsibilities

• Start equipment and make adjustments to equipment when necessary to improve performance
• Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
• Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor
• Comply with all safety and health regulations
• Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area
• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements
