Medrina in Batavia, IL is expanding its internal medicine team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and seeks an experienced Physician Assistant. You will provide comprehensive care, perform assessments, and manage primary care for SNF residents.

This part-time role is 2–3 days per week with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends. Qualifications include an active IL PA license, an active DEA license or ability to obtain, and at least 1 year of internal medicine experience with

Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant license in Illinois.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Minimum 1 year of internal medicine experience as a PA.
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Responsible for full medical management and primary care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR.
