Job summary

Gold PM&R is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our internal medicine rehabilitation team. You will collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized rehabilitation plans and provide evidence-based interventions.

We offer inpatient-focused care across acute and subacute units, with flexible hours (7 on 7 off, M-F or weekend options), base earnings from $120K to $250K+ and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant (PA) degree.
• Valid medical license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical skills in the evaluation and management of patients with acute and subacute rehabilitation needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations and progress notes.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to professional growth and development.
