Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our Hematology/Oncology service serving adult patients in Cambridge and Everett, MA. The PA will work independently within a supportive team of physicians and nurses in an ambulatory setting, with no on-call or weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of PA experience, oncology experience or deep experience with chronic disease management required.
• Candidates must have excellent clinical/communication/organizational skills.
• PA will possess a strong commitment to serve our underserved, multicultural patient population.
• Must be able to collaborate and successfully work in a multidisciplinary team based environment.

Responsibilities

• Join Hematology/Oncology service in an ambulatory setting in Cambridge and Everett, MA.
• Work independently in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff.
• Days only, no call, no weekends.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
