Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is recruiting a full-time Physician Assistant to join our Hematology/Oncology service in Cambridge, MA. The PA will work in an ambulatory setting with a team of physicians and nurses, enjoying days only with no call and no weekends.

The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of PA experience, preferably in oncology or chronic disease management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to serving our underserved, multicultural

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of PA experience; oncology experience or strong chronic disease management experience required.
• Excellent clinical, communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to serving a diverse patient population and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hematology/Oncology care for predominantly adult patients in Cambridge and Everett, MA.
• Work independently within a team of physicians and nursing staff in an ambulatory setting.
• Days only; no call and no weekends.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and projects as opportunities arise.
• Be part of a supportive, collegial environment with a robust infrastructure and integrated EMR (Epic).
