PeaceHealth seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a Walk-In Clinic in Florence, Oregon, practicing in a full‑practice authority state and supporting clinicians with patient care in a collaborative environment. The Sage team includes Diabetes Educator and RN Care Coordinators to ensure efficient patient flow.

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• National certification as NP or PA.
• Ability to obtain an Oregon NP or PA license.
• Current DEA certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience in Urgent Care/Walk-In/Family or Emergency Medicine preferred.

Nurse Practitioner Specialty - Walk In Clinic | Florence, OR - Key Perks

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Medical Assistant is assigned to each clinician.
• Daily case load is approximately 15-18 patients per day.
• Additional support from our Diabetes Educator, RN Care Coordinators, Wound Care, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Palliative Care and Women's Health. 4-day or 5-day work week.
• Collaborative working environment.
• Oregon is a Full Practice Authority State.

WHAT YOU BRING
