About The Role

We're looking for a Production Assistant / Driver to join our production team and help keep our shoots running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role that combines production support, transportation, equipment handling, and on-set assistance . The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same.

You’ll work closely with producers, directors, talent, and crew to support everything from pre-production preparation to shoot-day logistics.

What You’ll Do

• Provide general production assistance before, during, and after shoots
• Drive team members, talent, equipment, and production materials to and from locations
• Safely load, unload, transport, and organize production equipment and supplies
• Assist with setting up and breaking down production areas and equipment
• Run production-related errands, including picking up and dropping off equipment, props, wardrobe, and supplies
• Help prepare studios and locations for filming
• Keep production areas, vehicles, and equipment organized and clean
• Assist producers and crew with on-set needs throughout the day
• Help move equipment and materials between locations as needed
• Assist with basic grip, lighting, or camera equipment when needed
• Support talent and crew with production-related requests
• Help with general production logistics and last-minute needs
• Follow all production safety procedures and set protocols
• Be flexible and willing to jump in wherever the production team needs support

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Production Assistant, Driver, Runner, or similar role preferred
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
• Comfortable lifting, carrying, and moving production equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay calm and resourceful in a fast-paced production environment
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to changing production needs
• Professional and positive attitude
• Available to work flexible hours based on production schedules, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working on commercial, branded, social media, or lifestyle productions
• Familiarity with film and production equipment
• Basic knowledge of grip, lighting, or camera equipment
• Experience working in a production studio or agency environment
• Knowledge of Los Angeles locations and production logistics
• Experience driving larger vehicles or transporting production equipment
