Expected pay for this position is $60.39 - $68.10/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

JOB SPECIFICS

• OSF Medical Group is seeking an advanced practice provider to deliver cardiology care to patients in our growing clinic. You will collaborate with 12 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers.
• Responsibilities include assessing a variety of symptom management cases, promoting communication, collaboration with cardiologist, and providing passionate care for cardiology patients with chronic and acute conditions.
• Function autonomously and have demonstrated experience in cardiology management.
• Daily census of 13-16
• Outreach to at least 1 location 30-50 miles from Rockford
• No call required

• Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $60.39-$73.68

Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
