Altea Healthcare is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) for a Post-Acute Care role in a fast-growing facility. You will diagnose, treat, and guide patients toward better health in a skilled nursing setting.

We offer top-tier compensation of $120,000–$150,000 per year with uncapped bonus potential, flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing mentorship and training for both new grads and experienced providers.

Qualifications

• Must have or be eligible for PA-C license.
• Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Training and mentorship available for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribing medications and creating treatment plans.
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
• Educating patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
• Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently.
