GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating relationships with new and existing customers to build brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized service, leading to customer satisfaction.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
