Job summary

TEKsystems in Austin, TX seeks a P6 Scheduler for a 4-month contract-to-hire engagement. You will work with the Project Manager to create timetables that manage time and resources, ensuring work is completed on schedule.

For the first six months you should be onsite meeting with GCs, subs and field management. The Scheduler will coordinate with Project Management to maintain calendars, identify schedule disparities, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Onsite most of the time with quarterly travel to Temple, TX.
• Intermediate-level Scheduler with Primavera P6 expertise.
• Contract-to-hire role based in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Create timetables to manage time and resources and ensure on-time delivery.
• Meet with GCs, subs and field management onsite during initial months.
• Coordinate with PMs and leads to maintain project calendars and reports.
• Identify schedule disparities and report to Project Management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Project Manager.
