E2 Optics is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Specialist to lead scheduling across complex data-center projects. You will develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules, produce lookaheads, and communicate critical path impacts to stakeholders.

You will baseline schedules, review change orders, and ensure alignment with resource planning and earned value reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and Procore will support our fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and leadership.

Competenze

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • BS or AA in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related Professional Experience.
  • Scheduling Certification is strongly preferred: PSP or PMP.
  • 5+ years of experience creating and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Experience updating schedules, analyzing critical paths, and communicating schedule impacts.
  • Deep understanding of baseline management, schedule change management, and time impact analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or phases in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of project controls concepts (progress measurement, reporting, EV basics).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and general Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in commercial construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Experience with Procore, Oracle platforms, or Agile Construction concepts is a plus, not a must-have.

  • Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics and/or the project.
What We Are Looking For

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so. The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces.
