RTX BBN Technologies is a research and development center within RTX, focused on delivering innovative custom solutions for real‑world applications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, test procedures, and test tools for multiple programs.
• Perform testing of both hardware and software systems, isolate failures, and propose solutions.
• Interface with DoD clients during formal sell‑off test events and integration test periods.
• Work closely with development teams when bugs are identified to track and resolve issues.
• Track and verify requirements.

What You Will Learn

At RTX BBN Technologies, we develop new science by applying radical cross‑disciplinary techniques to prototype systems in order to prove concept viability, particularly in our Physical Systems and Sciences group located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Required Qualifications

• An active DoD Secret clearance.
• BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant discipline with 8 years of experience, or MS graduate with 5 years of experience.
• Test execution experience in software environments and documentation of test results.
• Experience with test tracking software tools.
• Position may require overnight travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of software development in C and C++.
• Experience working with embedded systems.
• Experience with the Atlassian toolset (Jira and Confluence).
• Experience in QA or configuration management.
