• 2+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer with XpressO.
• Understanding of common design patterns MVC IoC Pub/Sub etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with build and deployment processes and tools.
• Open to Hybrid work environments reporting half-time in office.

Responsibilities

• Write, maintain and test product/system code; participate in and/or lead design reviews for technology decisions; triage product issues and resolve by analyzing the source of the issue and its impact.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Design team members on conceptualization prototyping and planning.
• Work in an Agile scrum team setup that delivers on shared commitments.

The Omnichannel Engagement - My Tasks engineering team is a group of hardworking innovative and dedicated engineers who are on a mission to redefine the Workday My Task experience for all customers. We are looking for a versatile candidate who shares their dedication to innovation collaboration and quality making this team an exciting place to be for those who want to make a real impact in the world of software development. My Tasks are the second most used task by our customers.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including but not limited to geography experience skills job duties and business need among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $136000 USD - $204000 USD

Additional CAN Location(s) Base Pay Range: $98400 - $147600 CAD
