Job summary

Eastman in Mexico City is seeking a business process analyst to analyze and improve existing processes, driving safety, productivity, and cost reductions. Under general supervision, you will benchmark practices, collect data, and propose repeatable solutions that scale across the site.

You will research internal and external best practices, apply standard methods, and work with modest guidance to deliver measurable improvements while supporting change management and performance metrics.

• Experience in own discipline; performing all duties of assigned role, but still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
• Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers.
• Solves a range of straightforward problems using standard procedures.

Collects and analyzes moderately complex process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost. Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes. May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements.
