Job summary

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is seeking a Service Technician in a full-time role. No automotive experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with customers and teammates while upholding safety standards and helping with additional automotive services as needed.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Driver's license is strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks (oil changes, fluid refills, wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and keep accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services as needed.
• Follow safety, OSHA, and brand standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with events, inventory, and facility upkeep.

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is looking for high-energy, reliable, customer-focused team players. If you communicate well, learn fast, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to build a long-term career - no experience required!

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on-site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties

• Comfortable in enclosed or semi-outdoor workspaces
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any level of automotive experience
• Valid Driver's License (strongly preferred)
• State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)
• Customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
