PerformanceResponsibilities:

2. InstructionalManagement

• Assiststhe tea cher indesigning strateg ie s toreinforceknowledge orskills which meetthe individual needsof students.
• Assists the teacher in maintaining an inventory, organizing educational materials , preparinginstructional documents, andotheractivities which facilitate the educational program.
• Processes student paperworkin accordance withdirections of theteacher .
• Assiststhe teacherin organizing theclassroomforinstruction.

3.StudentManagement

• Supports the teacher in maintaining a classroom environment that is conducive tolearning andappropriate totheneeds andinterests of the students.
• Maintainsstudentconductinsituationsassignedbytheprincipalinaccordance withthecontractualagreement.
• Maintains datacollection, supports behavior plans, and thecarryover ofskills from related services opportunities.
• Supports studentsintheareasofpersonalhygiene,includingtoileting, and the like .

4. ProfessionalDevelopment

• Strives to maintain and enhance professional competence through professionalreadingas well asparticipation in workshops, conferences and appropriate staff development programs in accordance with district guidelines .
• Attends staff meetings as requiredby contract.
• Openlyreceives feedback andworks toapply thefeedback in an ongoing, professional manner.

Terms of Employment:Ten month employee . Salaries, benefits, leave time , and conditions specified in thenegotiated Agr eemen tbetween theMullicaTownship BoardofEducation and the Mullica Township Education Association.
