Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a role offering a competitive hourly salary of $40–$43 and a 35-hour work week, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts as needed. The position may require floating to different locations but does not include weekend rotation.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, possess a valid state license, and have at least 2 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to occasionally float to different locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical history
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve their condition and prevent future injuries
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care to ensure coordinated and effective treatment
• Document all patient interactions and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice
