Job summary

Job description

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $44.15-$47.06 per hour

Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday (no weekend rotation)

Experience: No new graduates accepted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a P-Physical Therapist. In this role, you will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help them improve their physical health and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical history

- Use a variety of techniques to help patients improve their strength, range of motion, and overall physical function

- Educate patients on proper exercises and techniques to continue their progress at home

- Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
