Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and a passion for helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $40-$43 per hour and a flexible schedule with no weekend rotation. Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical history.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve their condition and prevent future injuries.
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care to ensure coordinated and effective treatment.
• Document all patient interactions and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice.
