We're hiring a P.M. Houseman at Deering Bay!

Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for service. As a Houseman, you will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through daily cleaning services. Beginners are welcome - previous experience is not required for the position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review banquet orders daily to determine setup locations and related supplies.
  • Ensure events are set up on time with quality and level of service delivered.
  • Ensure proper audio-visual equipment is available, delivered, and set up as needed for use by the facility, department, and guests.
  • Maintain and improve the presentation of all events at the facility.
  • Perform setup and tear down for all activities and meetings.
  • Monitor areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues. Work with Housekeeping and Engineering on areas needing attention.
  • Implement and maintain excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction.
  • Follow safe work practices in job performance.

Minimum Qualifications for the Banquet Set-Up Staff:

  • High School Diploma or GED; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Qualifications
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, primarily 3p-10p, including weekends and holidays.
