Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• P.E. license required.
• Minimum 5 years in asphalt production, quality control, and operations.
• Deep knowledge of NDOT, ASTM, AASHTO standards.
• Experience managing a quality control team with strong leadership.
• Experience operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all asphalt production quality and compliance with NDOT, ASTM, AASHTO standards.
• Develop and manage QC processes and procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise QC team; provide training.
• Conduct inspections and audits; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure quality consistency.
• Manage laboratory equipment operation and maintenance.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management.
