Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a frontline supervisor to uphold the Safety Above All Culture and manage day-to-day operations, flex routes and assigned Flex Driver staff within a station. The role focuses on safe and efficient B2C package delivery under FXE supervision.

The supervisor ensures all flex functions are performed in compliance with FXE policies and procedures and oversees administrative processes accordingly.

Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient B2C package delivery network through the supervision of flex drivers exclusively. The P&D Supervisor has oversight for all flex functions and ensures administrative processes are compliant with FXE policies and procedures.
