As a P&D Driver, you will pick up, transport, and deliver freight locally, serving as the face of Southeastern Freight Lines and maintaining excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities include driving tractor-trailers in various conditions, performing vehicle inspections, managing cargo loading and unloading, and ensuring compliance with transport documents, especially for hazardous materials. You must maneuver skillfully in challenging environments, report incidents or delays, and adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements include a minimum of 6 months driving experience (1 year preferred), a High School Diploma or GED, a valid CDL with endorsements for HAZMAT, Tanker, and Twin Trailers (no restrictions), and being at least 21 years old. Candidates should be able to read, write, and comprehend in English, perform basic math, read maps and road signs, and maintain driving logs. Knowledge of DOT regulations and passing physical, drug, and alcohol tests are mandatory.

The position offers an average annual pay of $87,771-$96,234, depending on experience, hours, and location. It is a full-time, first shift role.
