Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a highly motivated Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in Montesano, Washington. The OTA will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services aimed at helping clients gain independence and improve quality of life.

Requirements include an OTA associate degree, state licensure or certification, and at least one year of experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

• State licensure or OTA certification.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients and their families on therapeutic activities and techniques to improve daily functioning.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' treatment and progress.
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the provision of therapy services.
