The P&C (Senior) Partner will work as part of a flow to work squad with partnering and CoE colleagues to deliver agreed entity/sub-entity P&C priorities. The role involves adopting agile methodologies to ensure cost-effective delivery of initiatives through a prioritized flow to work model. The P&C Partner will collaborate across the Downstream People & Culture function to deliver key initiatives underpinning successful execution of the business strategy. The role requires flexibility to work across single or multiple concurrent projects/initiatives that may vary in terms of complexity, business impact, geographical spread, and duration.
Support VP P&Cs in delivering agreed entity/sub-entity P&C priorities, translate priorities into tangible actions/project deliverables to enable successful delivery of people plan.

How much do we pay (Base)? The anticipated base salary for this position is approximately between $135,000 and $180,000 USD annually, *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 - 240 hours of vacation per year for full times employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
