$45,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager with a background in Property & Casualty insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing and managing a book of personal lines clients, providing expert coverage advice, processing changes, and maintaining high retention rates through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and other P&C policies.
- Provide day-to-day service to clients, including policy changes, renewals, and coverage recommendations.
- Work with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process endorsements, and ensure timely and accurate policy issuance.
- Proactively review accounts for coverage adequacy and risk exposure.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Ensure compliance with agency standards, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems (e.g., EPIC, AMS360, Applied, etc.).
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
- 1-2 years of experience in personal lines account management.
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and markets.
- Proficiency with insurance agency management systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first mindset with a high level of professionalism.
