As a Partnering Lead within our Foundational Research Unit, you’ll be a pivotal force in shaping the future of AI. You will provide strategic direction and lead change management initiatives across a complex, global organization. You will design and implement cutting-edge people and culture solutions that drive team performance and align with organizational goals, delivering measurable, impactful results. The role involves leading cross-functional People & Culture deliverables and ensuring alignment on complex projects.
You will partner with multiple Directors and VPs to architect and co-deliver a visionary People Plan, balancing ambitious business objectives with grounded People & Culture strategies in line with policies and legislation. You’ll oversee execution of the plan, using People data to inform decisions and staying aware of external talent markets to identify workforce risks and trends.
Drawing on organizational psychology, you will design for and navigate complex change. You will be a go-to expert across all People & Culture topics, advising Unit Leads/VPs and representing your client unit in People & Culture leadership decisions. When required, you will act as a trusted voice and strategic advisor. Line management may be a component of this role, so expectations for a GDM Manager will apply.
