Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Transformation Consultant to help P&C carriers reinvent underwriting and claims through process redesign and AI-enabled operations. You may lead small teams within cross-functional pods and collaborate with data and engineering teams on end-to-end agentic workflows.

Role requires 3+ years in P&C, process/data/PM, and a bachelor’s degree. Travel up to 80% is expected as projects span multiple client sites across the US.

• 3+ years of management consulting and/or industry experience in Property & Casualty insurance, including Claims and Underwriting.
• 3+ years of process engineering, data/analysis, program management, and/or leading complex business/technology deliveries.

As a Transformation Consultant, you will be expected to be an individual contributor and /or lead of small teams inside cross-functional POD focused on reimaging how work gets done, combining deep insurance expertise with advanced analytics and agentic AI and technology solutions to improve client outcomes.

What You’ll Do:
