What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of product development and/or leadership experience with a proven track record
- Demonstrated experience with new 3rd party data sources and underwriting automation
- Strong knowledge of product and project management, underwriting, and the P&C industry
- Ability to define product strategy and articulate decision-making rationale

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, R, Python, and Power BI
- Experience with predictive model performance evaluation
- Active participation in company culture initiatives and employee resource groups
- Willingness to travel as needed for role responsibilities
