Job summary

Partner’s Group Allstate Agency in Strongsville, OH is seeking driven insurance sales professionals for a high-activity, high-reward role. The position offers base salary plus uncapped commission, with leads provided and hybrid flexibility (up to 3 days remote).

You will make 100+ outbound calls daily, quote and sell P&C products, build a strong pipeline, and aim to beat monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License is required.
• 1+ year of P&C Insurance sales, commissioned-based role is required.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
• Strong communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily using provided leads.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, and other P&C insurance products.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals (40+ items/month).
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up.
