Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/associates with 2+ years of related experience.
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification preferred.
Experience with P-8 or similar aircraft and avionics/mechanical systems is valued.

Responsibilities

Performs maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly or adjustment of aircraft components per technical specs and FAA regulations.
Conducts thorough inspections to identify wear or damage and carries out repairs.
Uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve aircraft system issues.
Adheres to maintenance manuals and regulatory requirements; documents activities in logs/records.
Collaborates with engineering teams and provides feedback on aircraft performance.
Ensures tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained.
