Job summary

Resicum International LLC seeks an experienced Aircraft Logs and Records Technician to support P-8A maintenance operations at NAS Whidbey Island, WA. You will manage logbooks, records, and documentation to ensure compliance with Navy procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior military aircraft maintenance records experience required.
• P-8/P-8A logs and records experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Navy maintenance documentation and NAMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain P-8A aircraft and engine logbooks and associated records.
• Perform aircraft maintenance recordkeeping and data entry.
• Make required entries in aircraft, engine, ALSS, egress, armament, and support equipment records.
• Review records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct data-entry and recordkeeping discrepancies.
• Perform data retrieval and database functions.
• Extract maintenance data and prepare management reports.
• Create and maintain electronic archives, backups, and data saves.
• Support aircraft deployments and detachment operations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and correspondence.
• Perform filing, document control, and administrative duties.
• Support aircraft readiness status reporting.
• Maintain aircraft inspection and acceptance documentation.
• Support required situational and periodic reports.
• Support applicable Navy maintenance information systems.
• Support Technical Directive compliance recordkeeping and reporting.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control and maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft records accurately reflect maintenance actions and aircraft status.
