Position Summary

As a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations. This position requires a hands-on approach, operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking lots.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, including vehicles, pumps, hoses, and nozzles.
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine appropriate pressure levels and temperature settings.
• Remove dirt, debris, and contaminants from surfaces following safety procedures.
• Respond to work orders and maintain accurate records and logs.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in power washing or exterior maintenance, or 5 years in related trades such as plumbing, electrical, or material handling.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• State or local licensing as required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
