Salary starts at $22/hour with benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance after 90 days, daily staff meals, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience is not required; positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Proficient in preparing menu items per recipes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items in accordance with recipes and standards, ensuring each dish meets presentation and quality.
• Adhere to portion control and food preparation standards to maintain consistency and control costs.
• Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper storage temps.
• Report issues with food quality or delays to the kitchen coordinator or chef.
• Ensure all dishes from the station meet restaurant quality expectations.
• Follow procedures for handling allergies and dietary restrictions for guest safety.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and clean/maintain kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and maintain positive working relationships.
• Undertake additional tasks to support efficient kitchen operation.
