• Able to work overtime, weekends and holidays to maintain a 24/7 plant operation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of **Vibration Analyst** within our Pasadena Plant located in **Pasadena, TX**.**Essential Job Duties:*** Vibration data collection and analysis* Timely reporting of vibration analysis findings and recommendations* Provide troubleshooting support and solve equipment problems by evaluating vibration patterns and incorporating other process information such as pressures, temperatures, flows, sound, etc.* Maintain vibration database* Support the development of equipment maintenance strategies related to vibration analysis monitoring* Repair shop acceptance testing as needed* Provide call out coverage as needed* Assist with failure analysis of rotating equipment to determine root causes of failure and help determine solutions to prevent recurrence* Provide oversight and mentoring to less experienced Millwrights and Vibration Technicians**Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or GED* ISO Category II Certification from a accredited certification provider (Vibration Institute, Mobius, Technical Associates, etc)* 2 or more years of vibration monitoring experience including solving machine problems using vibration analysis* Must be able to read process flow diagrams, P&IDs, mechanical drawings and follow mechanical specifications.* Able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed to maintain a 24/7 operating plant.* Valid driver’s license required.* Ability to read, speak, and write English.* Basic understanding of Microsoft applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), and a good working knowledge of SAP.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent interpersonal skills include the ability to work as part of a team.* Physical requirements – Must be able to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending, stooping is required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment including the use of a respirator. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.
