Job Summary

Andy Frain Services is looking for a highly motivated individual who is multi-task-oriented to manage a Security contract. The role involves managing the accountability of all Supervisors and staff for assigned accounts, with full responsibility for performance, service, and budget. Ensuring a safe environment for employees, vendors, and personnel, supporting security needs, and maintaining relationships with local police, fire departments, and facility reports are key responsibilities. The candidate must demonstrate and abide by Andy Frain Services' Core Values and operating principles, maintaining 100% staff training compliance. Professionalism and strong leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Perform duties as documented, with possible variations based on business needs.
  • Uphold safety practices and company policies, reporting unsafe conditions.
  • Deliver quality service and maintain professionalism with visitors, vendors, and staff.
  • Provide leadership at client sites, enforce security programs, and ensure post orders are followed.
  • Develop and implement security procedures, ensure compliance with laws, and respond to emergencies.
  • Maintain knowledge of life safety systems, fire panels, CCTV, and ensure operation of elevators and access doors.
  • Utilize equipment such as radios, telephones, computers, and inspect vehicles.
  • Counsel and discipline personnel as needed, and assist in training security staff.
  • Communicate regularly with management and client representatives regarding performance and security issues.
  • Assist with payroll and personnel submissions.
  • Ensure adequate security coverage, inspect posts, and verify staff sign-in/out.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
