Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service, assist with member sign-ups and guidance, follow pricing policies.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures, prepare vehicles, operate wash equipment safely, communicate issues to team.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers, manage member accounts, stock and maintain cleanliness and inventory.
• General Duties: Maintain appearance and uniforms, perform opening/closing duties, ensure tunnel cleanliness and safety.
