Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service, assist with member sign-ups and account management, follow pricing policies.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures, maintain a clean wash area, operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers, manage member accounts, ensure a positive CX and maintain inventory.
• General Duties: open/close duties, maintain tunnel safety and cleanliness, prepare towels and materials.
