A fast-growing restoration company based in Livonia, MI is seeking a Project Manager to manage 15–18 active reconstruction projects, ranging from $2K to over $1M. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, a sense of ownership, and experience in construction or restoration. Qualifications

• Construction or reconstruction project management experience preferred.
• Restoration experience (water/fire/mold) is a big plus.
• Familiarity with estimating, scopes, or insurance workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 15–18 active reconstruction projects.
• Run projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate trades, vendors, and schedules.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Communicate with homeowners and insurance stakeholders.
