Job summary

Green Key Resources partners with a major Illinois hospital system to recruit an experienced Program Manager / Owner’s Representative to oversee large-scale healthcare construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects. The candidate will lead planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout activities, and serve as the client advocate throughout planning and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in healthcare construction project management, facilities management, owner’s representative, or client management.
• Active state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning/design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout activities for multiple projects.
• Act as the client advocate and liaison throughout planning, construction, and delivery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals, schedule, and budget adherence.

Job description

We are partnering with a major Illinois hospital system seeking an experienced Program Manager / Owner’s Representative to support large-scale healthcare construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects.

This individual will serve as the primary liaison and advocate for healthcare clients throughout the planning, construction, and project delivery process.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Manager will serve as a trusted partner to the client. This position will bear responsibility for acting in the client's best interest under an owner's representative model for capital improvement projects at multiple medical centers and medical office buildings. The Program Manager will lead, advise, and coordinate specified planning/design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout activities for all assigned projects included in the program agreement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 years’ experience serving in healthcare construction project management, facilities management, owner’s representative, and/or client management role.
• Licensure/Certification: Active state driver\'s license
