Job summary

Pivot Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead owner‑side project delivery from handoff through commissioning, turnover, and closeout. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, permitting, construction, and testing while safeguarding budget, schedule, and quality.

Responsibilities include stakeholder alignment, contract administration, and rigorous document control, leveraging Procore, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Power BI to produce trusted project data for leadership and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple workstreams.
• Experience in owner‑side project delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.
• Administer EPC and subcontract agreements, notices, and change management.
• Oversee quality, safety, and compliance through execution milestones.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost‑to‑complete tracking.
• Develop and maintain baselined schedules and lookaheads.
• Ensure complete turnover packages and closeout documentation.
