Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager I to support owner-side quality programs on capital projects. You will perform surveillance of contractor and supplier quality activities, review QC documentation, and report quality status to the project quality lead.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality control, inspection, or QA on construction or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management principles.
• A certification such as ICC, NICET, CWI, or CIP is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality surveillance of contractor and supplier work against the project quality plan and specifications.
• Review contractor QC plans, ITPs, inspection records, and material certifications for completeness and compliance.
• Track audit findings, nonconformances, and corrective actions in the project quality database.
• Witness hold points and document the results.
• Prepare weekly quality status inputs for the project quality manager.
