Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on a capital project from the owner's or EPC's side. You will write the project quality plan, set surveillance and audit programs for contractors and suppliers, and report quality performance to the project manager and owner's quality organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of quality on construction or industrial capital projects.
• 2+ years leading a project quality program.

Responsibilities

• Write the project quality plan and the contractor/supplier quality requirements flowing from it.
• Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers.
• Qualify vendors and inspection agencies; review contractor QC plans, ITPs, procedures, and inspector qualifications.
• Own nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes; report quality metrics and risks to project leadership.
